✨Class Cancellation Policy
Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time to avoid penalty.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of class start time are considered a late cancel.
✨Late Cancel & No-Show Policy
Because class capacity is limited to 8 spots, we strictly enforce this policy to respect all members and waitlists.
For Membership Holders:
- Late Cancel (within 12 hours): $10 fee
- No-Show: $15 fee
For 4-Class Bundle Users:
- Late Cancel (within 12 hours): Class credit forfeited
- No-Show: Class credit forfeited
For Drop-Ins:
- Late Cancel: No refund
- No-Show: No refund
All penalties are automatically charged to the card on file.
✨Membership Billing & Cancellation Policy
All memberships are auto-renewing.
A 30-day written notice is required to cancel a membership.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to letschat@ftgbytg.com.
Memberships remain active and bill during the 30-day notice period.
No retroactive cancellations or refunds.
✨Founding Membership Terms
Founding Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment.
After the initial 3-month period, memberships convert to month-to-month at the locked Founders rate as long as the membership remains active.
If a Founding Membership is canceled or paused during the initial 3-month commitment, the Founders rate is forfeited.
Founders rates are non-transferable.
✨Membership Pause Policy
Memberships may be paused once per calendar year for up to 2 weeks.
Pause requests must be submitted via email at least 14 days prior to the next billing date.
Pauses cannot be applied retroactively to an already billed cycle.
During a pause:
- Members will not be charged
- Members may not attend classes
- Billing cycles will shift forward by the length of the pause
Pauses are not permitted during the initial 3-month Founders commitment.
✨Late Arrival Policy
Members arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled class start time may not be permitted to join class for safety and flow reasons.
Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes will be considered a late cancel and subject to the applicable late cancel policy.
